Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. Failure to notify the office may result in a service fee of $25.00.
Emergencies
Our office provides on call service to our patients for emergencies, 24 hours a day,seven days a week by calling (973) 595-7779
Prescription Policy
Any request for new prescriptions or refills must be called into our office during our regular business hours. NO prescriptions will be given or refilled after hours or during the weekends. Please allow 24 business hours for your request to be processed.

Self Pay Patient Policy
Any patient without insurance will be responsible for payment in full at the time services are rendered.
